Man does time fly. Almost a year ago Far Out Burger was having it’s first ever service at the Cold Springs Farm CSA. We offered a burger with persimmon jam on top and didn’t know what to expect, but we pleasantly surprised to find that people were at least willing to try it. Little did we know, that first burger would still be considered one of our best by our regular customers. Well the persimmons are plump again and we are excited to announce that we will be bringing back the To The Max! Burger this Saturday at the Cold Springs Farm CSA. The To The Max! Burger starts with our Far Out Patty and is topped with crunchy watercress, bacon, Ossau-Iraty cheese and Far Out persimmon jam squished between a Far Out bun. Come join us from 11-1 at 3309 W. 4th St. in Fort Worth to get this jammin’ burger.
